This directory contains older versions of the fix for the expat DoS. If you are using any of these old fixes on your server, there is no need up upgrade to a newer version of the fix!
The changes are only that in the first update of the patch, I changed the version number, in the second update of the patch, I fixed the Makefile used by Cygwin.
